UCLA

Roberto Peccei is the Vice Chancellor of Research at UCLA and as such can almost be considered the 'CEO' of the laboratory operations on campus. Peccei is responsible for all the pain inflicted on every primate on the UCLA campus. The water deprivation, the chair restraint, and the meth addictions are all the types of cruelties that Peccei condones and supports. Peccei will continue to be held accountable by the animal rights movement until no primate suffers in UCLA labs.
